Dried fruit, nuts can prevent hair loss
Dried fruit and nuts are a great source of vitamin E
which enhances blood circulation on the scalp and inositol which
maintains healthy hair follicles.
First recommend dried fruit and nuts food : Almonds.
Almonds are a good source of protein, Iron and Vitamin E.
Almonds also help to lower cholesterol helping you avoid having
to take cholesterol lowering drugs in the future. Some
cholesterol lowering drugs actually cause hair loss.
Other foods : Chicken, kidney, low-fat cheese, beans and some fruit and vegetables.
Silica can prevent hair loss
The body uses silica to help it absorb vitamins and
minerals; if you're not consuming silica, eating your vitamins
might not be helping much.
