In most of cases, scalp exercises are used to
prevent hair loss. It ishould halt the shrinking
of the hair follicles and even reverse the
shrinking process, which in turn should halt
hair loss and promote the growth of new hair.
There is a positive relation between male
pattern baldness and a tight scalp. The basic
exercise is accomplished by the alternating
contraction of the frontalis and occipitalis
muscles.
The technique is very simple. Clutch your hands and put them in the back of your head. Put your hands a bit tightly so that they do not slip. Now move your head up and down. Do it 5 minutes twice in the the day.
