● 8 Fl oz Orange Juice
● 3 Tablespoons Wheat Germ
● 3 Tablespoons Brewers Yeast
● 1 Tablespoon Lecithin Crystals

● 1 Raw Egg Yolk
● 1 Tablespoon Unflavored Gelatine Powder
