Most common reason cause to women hair loss is stress
Usually, it's not mild job or
life stress that triggers hair loss, more
likely it is extremely serious stress to the
body that causes hair to stop growing and
fall out. These types of stress can be
initiated by some types of Medications,
Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders
and even extreme emotional stress,
but also can be caused by commonplace life
events like Childbirth, Miscarriage and
Surgery.

Prolonged stress can force too many hairs
into what is called the “resting phase.”
When stress pushes too many hairs into the
resting phase, the hairs remain on the head
for about 3 months. Then all of these hairs
enter the shedding phase together, causing
noticeable hair loss.
More disease and hair loss
The stress-induced hair loss usually does not require treatment. The phases tend to return to normal, and hair re-grows on its own. At the same time you can meet the Yoga, Exercise, Massage therapy, Adequate sleep and Rich diet.
